We've spent twenty-two years building inside Atlanta's most historic neighborhoods. We don't take on projects we can't do well, and we don't hand them off once we sign the contract. Dan and John are on every job we build.

We run an integrated design-build process. The drawings, the build, the budget, and the schedule all sit with us. You don't manage three companies. You work with one team, from your first sketch to your final walkthrough.

From the Owners
We started Red Level in 2003.
We started this firm because we wanted to run jobs the way we thought they should be run. That meant fixed-price contracts so clients know what they're spending. Weekly walkthroughs so nothing comes as a surprise. A small bench of trades we've worked with for years. And owners on every job — not salespeople who disappear after the contract is signed.
