After you reach out

What happens next.

01

We reply within a business day.

Usually from Dan or John directly. We'll ask any clarifying questions, share a sense of fit, and propose a time to meet at your home.

02

We come to your home.

The first meeting is on us. We walk the space, talk about what you're imagining, and start to get a feel for scope, timeline, and budget alignment.

03

We follow up with a written summary.

Within a week of the visit, we send a written summary — a rough budget range, target scope, and a recommendation on the right next step. Including a referral if we're not the right fit.

04

From there, you decide.

If you want to move forward, we sign a design contract and start. If you want to think on it, that's fine. We won't pester.

Not quite ready

That's fine too.

Most of our clients spend months — sometimes years — thinking about their project before they reach out. When you're ready, we'll be here. No drip campaigns, no follow-ups, no list to be added to.
