Decatur Home with Pool & Spa

An outdoor living transformation for a Decatur family who wanted to make full use of their sloped, wooded lot. Red Level designed and built a multi-level terrace, pool, and spa that steps gracefully down the hillside, anchored by painted brick retaining walls and bluestone caps that match the home's classic exterior.

The pool sits at the heart of the composition, framed by built-in benches, integrated planters, and a covered loggia with lantern lighting. A second terrace below the main porch creates a shaded outdoor dining room, while screened porches and a stair landing connect the new outdoor rooms to the everyday flow of the house.
