A phased renewal of a storied Brookwood Hills Tudor, balancing preservation of its red brick facade, slate roof, and arched entry with thoughtful updates to how the family lives day to day. Work was sequenced over multiple phases so the owners could remain in the home while each space was carefully reimagined.

Inside, refined millwork, built-ins, and a quiet, timeless palette let the original architecture lead. A screened porch with brick floors extends the main living spaces into the trees, while a new carriage house in a future phase will round out the property with flexible space for guests and gathering.
